A hug can be a profoundly consoling sensation in a person’s moment of despair and an essential for conveying love. There is a comfort in it that is indescribable. There are no words that can take its place that could even come close as a replacement. Here in Comfort Zone, I have tried to offer a visualization that might inspire the spirit of the embrace.
