A “union” always occurs with the hopefulness that it will be beneficial to all parties concerned, yet there is no guarantee of this. Disagreements between parties can quickly digress into a fracture which if not addressed early will ultimately lead to an irreparable schism. This almost always results in the loss of synergy that was once gained by the formation of the”union” in the first place.
