Beauty of Compromise – Wood Sculpture

Harmony can occur by chance or by purpose. A little of both is at work here. But in essence, this piece is about harmony. Harmony occurs through synchronicity. Two elements through no small effort and perhaps a little bit of luck can achieve perfect harmony but both elements must make adjustments to the other and find a balance point from which they may sync. This wood sculpture represents a visualization of that struggle.
