Shown here the four views of the lighthouse.
All carving has been done with a chainsaw alone. I view the use of the chainsaw work such as this comparable to the charcoal sketch a 2D artist may use. The composition is coarser with a looser definition of the subject, yet this suggests perhaps more fatefully, subtle nuances which lend themselves intently to the feeling of a rugged lonely outpost. Not easily seen among the rocks is a boat in the lower left of the picture at the left.
